What is the minimum order online?
The minimum total order online is $30.00, which includes free delivery of your accessories to any address within New Zealand's North or South Islands, except there may be a surcharge for rural delivery. If you don't want to spend a minimum of $30.00, contact us and we may be able to arrange pickup.
Does Xcessorise have a Retail Outlet?
No, sorry we no longer have a Retail Outlet.
I am a retailer. How can I access wholesale pricing?
Bona fide retailers are welcome to apply for wholesale rates by completing the Wholesale Buyer Registration Form, or contact us by any method on our Contacts Page. We will consider your application and advise if you are eligible to purchase from us on a wholesale basis. You will then be advised of our purchasing criteria, freight charges and other details regarding product purchasing, delivery etc.
I am a charitable organisation interested in selling accessories as a fundraiser. How can I access discounted rates to support our organisation?
We like to support registered charitable organisations by providing discounted rates and special prices on end of line stock. Please contact us so we can put together a package to suit your needs. Can I cancel my order? Once the payment process has been completed, you are unable to cancel the order.
When will I receive my order?
Xcessorise delivers within the North & South Islands of New Zealand using Toll Couriers parcel delivery service. Goods will be delivered on business days only. Orders received before 2pm will be processed that day, and once cleared by your Credit Card Company, or received into our Bank Account, will be picked for despatch the following day. Transit times are 1 day for North Island cities and most towns, and 2 days for the South Island. Rural deliveries and offshore Islands may take an extra day.
- You return the item within 10 working days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
- You produce your original Xcessorise invoice (receipt) when you return the item
- The item is in original saleable condition:
1. With all original tags
2. In an unworn, unopened and unused state
3. Any sewn labels are still attached
4. A copy of your Xcessorise Invoice accompanies the goods
If you are unable to comply with these requirements, Xcessorise reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on "change of mind" items. Xcessorise will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.
We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the following items for "change of mind" for hygiene reasons:
2. Scarves opened and not in their original packaging
3. Other Jewellery not in its original packaging
Items on "Special" or Economy Bags will only be exchanged (not refunded) for "change of mind" - except where the item is faulty or defective.
